RPH Haematology
As one of the largest Haematology centres in Western Australia, the Haematology Clinical Trials Department at Royal Perth Hospital offers a comprehensive range of clinical trials to patients with blood disorders at our established, world-class facility.
Our trials range from exploratory and first-in-human studies (phase 1) to post marketing (phase 4). We initiate and manage research projects through both industry and academic institutions as well as investigator (haematologist) initiated studies.
RPH contributes to large collaborative research groups here in WA, and both nationally and internationally. On average, up to 100 patients a month come into haematology at RPH to take part in clinical trials. Our dedicated clinical trials team are committed to providing outstanding care and treatment options to the WA community.
