The Gastroenterology and Hepatology department provides tertiary-level care for patients from across Western Australia with gastrointestinal and liver problems.
Our clinical services include:
- Specialty inpatient management
- Consultative support to other medical and surgical disciplines
- Outpatient care
- Tertiary-level endoscopic services
Research interests and focus
Our department has an extensive clinical research program, being involved in multiple international and national research studies, in addition to collaborative research studies with other institutions in Western Australia.
