EMHS Lived Experience Strategy
The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) Lived Experience Strategy (PDF) outlines out approach to systematically and sustainably incorporate the insights and expertise of those with lived experience of mental health challenges into our service delivery and organisational culture. This includes a commitment and strategy to support, integrate, and grow the Peer Support Worker (Lived Experience) workforce to enhance the effectiveness, inclusivity, and empathy of our services.
