Royal Perth Hospital's new Emergency Department

Construction is underway on the $807.3 million project on the north side of Wellington Street.

Opening in 2028, it will allow more patients to access urgent medical services.

It will offer expanded specialist services with new clinical areas to meet emerging health care needs, improve treatment options and reduce transfers.
